2-Begger to Captain- asks "looks like nasty weather"-gets Arthur to add "it may even rain"

3-Captain to Begger-answers "it may even rain"-gets Arthur to add "it is going to be a long winter" and gets clue to say it to Windmill Keeper

4-Captain to Windmill Keeper-answers "it is going to be a long winter"
